Return to FAQ Videos

Transcript:

When it comes to drug dealing in the state of Florida, it’s completely subjective to the officer that arrested you. Depending on the officer that arrested you and how the amount of the drugs that are found, how it’s packaged, the officer can arrest you for the selling or trafficking in those drugs, and it’s up to a skilled criminal defense attorney to show the court, to show the judge, to show the jury that what you possessed was for personal use and not for selling more trafficking.
